Vitrine Studio is now Design Studio: the same customizer, for every RefBytes theme built on the Theme Engine.

• Works with Vitrine 0.6 and later, Confetti and any other Theme Engine theme, and still with Vitrine 0.4 and 0.5.
• Install it in place of Vitrine Studio: drafts in progress carry over. Then uninstall Vitrine Studio.
• Listens for the engine's theme_engine.settings event as well as Vitrine 0.5's vitrine.settings.
• Checks the theme's customizer API version (CUSTOMIZER_API) and says so when the theme and the module do not match, instead of failing.
• The preview parameter is now design_preview, and the customizer's internal names (routes, scripts, styles, settings) start with design-studio or design_studio.
